How Easy Is It To Switch?
If you can lift a kettle and open a bin, you can run a Cuddy.
Step 1Fit
Cuddy sits flush against a wall so the lid still opens flat, and it's sized for standard campervan, caravan and motorhome compartments. Used portably, it needs no drilling at all.
Step 2Use
The diverter sends liquid to a 6.5 L bottle so liquids and solids never meet. Coco coir keeps moisture in check, a turn of the front handle mixes it through, and a quiet 12V fan pulls air out through the carbon filter.
Step 3Empty
Liquids go down any standard toilet or drain point, and the LED indicator tells you when. Solids lift straight out every 2-3 weeks for two people, bagged and binned with your household waste.

Shop CuddyYes. Plenty of owners fix it in place with a urine drain kit, others keep it fully portable. Securing it to the floor in a corner is often all it takes.
Not like a toilet. As long as liquids and solids stay separate, there's no sewage smell. The composting material smells earthy, more forest floor than bathroom.
Liquids every 2-3 days. Solids every 2-3 weeks for two people (25-30 uses), depending on how you use it. Both lift straight out from the top, and the indicator light tells you when the bottle's full.
You've got options. If you're installing it permanently, we recommend venting it to the outside. Don't want to drill? Fit the venting filter instead and skip the hole.
Cuddy has an agitator and composting system, so it's better for full-time and extended use. Cuddy Lite uses bags and has no agitator. It's simpler and great for part-time use.
UK delivery is free on orders over £150 and usually takes 2-3 working days. Every Cuddy comes with a 2-year warranty, on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liquids go down any toilet: a site block, a services, your loo at home. Solids get double-bagged and go in general waste. Most UK councils accept double-bagged absorbent hygiene waste, but check your council's policy. Neither goes into an Elsan point, because bagged solids would block it. That's rather the point: you stop planning your route around where you can empty.
We won't make that claim. Answering it fairly would need a full lifecycle comparison we haven't done, and Cuddy is still a plastic product. What we can say: it uses no flush water, it needs no tank additive (common blue fluids are classed as toxic to aquatic life on their own safety data sheets), the carbon filter refills rather than gets thrown away, and every wear part is a stocked spare.
