How Our Toilets Work
Two different technologies, one shared mission: waterless, chemical-free, odourless toilets for people and the planet.
The world's first dry flush toilet with urine diversion. Push a button and solids are heat-sealed in an odour-proof bag. No composting, no chemicals, no mess — just sealed and done.
Separate
The built-in urine diverter sends liquids to a sealed bottle with an LED level indicator. Up to 20 uses before emptying.
Seal
Press the button — the battery-powered mechanism heat-seals solids into an odour-proof bag. Out of sight, completely hygienic.
Dispose
Remove sealed bags when ready. Choose compostable or recycled bags. No emptying bins, no touching waste. Clean and simple.
Other dry flush toilets seal everything together — solids and liquids — requiring a bag (and pee powder) for every single use. The S1's urine diverter means bags are only used for solids, reducing plastic waste by up to 80% and cutting running costs to around 50p per flush. Learn more about the S1 →
Our original composting range. Solids are broken down naturally using a carbon cover material — no water, no chemicals. The Cuddy has an electric agitator and fan; the Cuddy Lite keeps things simple with manual agitation.
Separate
Just like the S1, urine diverts to a sealed front bottle. Keeping liquids and solids apart is the key to eliminating odour.
Compost
Solids drop into the rear bin with a natural cover material like coconut coir. The Cuddy's electric agitator mixes it for you; the Lite uses a simple hand crank.
Return to Earth
Empty the solids bin every 2–4 weeks. Composted waste can be safely disposed of or added to non-edible gardens. Urine can even be diluted into plant fertiliser.

Excellent product and 5 Star customer support. I received my cuddy just before Thanksgiving and between the holidays and some major business did not open it until the end of January when I started working on my van again. When I opened it I found that the lid hinge had broke during shipping. I contacted Erica and she responded quickly and shipped me a new lid without skipping a beat. That is the way customer service should be!!! I'll post pics on facebook when I finish my install.
Have not replaced them yet but received on time thanks excellent service, shipping costs on small order to Canada a little steep.
My wife and I tried it out for the first time on a two week road/ski trip to Colorado. We were also trying out our new homemade little travel trailer lol. I was a little nervous about composting toilets but the Cuddy worked great! The quality is good and it's easy to live with, empty, clean and all the things I was worried about. Looking forward to the next trip!
Very quick and easy to shop. I actually have 2 other composting toilettes. One was VERY spendy. The shopping as well as usage experience was very much worth it.
I live in an RV in N.E. Minnesota. No water supply in the dead of winter so I use my Cuddy Lite daily. It has been a life saver! I only wish the liquids receptacle was clear so I would know when emptying was imminent. This small but efficient toilet has made full time camping much easier.
Erica and Richard are prompt with updates and communications are not overwhelming. It was easy to decide which toilet would be the best fit for our needs as all the info you need is readily available.

Great lid, very nice and really sturdy. I step on it to climb onto my bed and it doesn’t move. I don’t regret this purchase at all.
Having been using our cuddy daily for a year now, the original valve had become hard and inflexible. New valve arrived promptly, was easily installed, and it is as good as new.
I installed it using the vent-to-outside kit, and have no problems with odor or humidity condensation. The red light to indicate that the liquid bottle is full is a good feature. Good materials choice as well. Excellent customer support.
We removed our RV toilet and haven’t looked back! No smelly black tank. We even find our RV rental guests love it, no dump station searches or hassles.
